SCC – Violin Duo Miolina in concert

The Scandinavian Cultural Center (SCC) in Newton is hosting an in-person concert by violin duo Miolina – Mioi Takeda and Lynn Bechtold. They will play Nordic composers works, including Finnish composer Tomi Raisanen. The program is called “Maple & Spruce, Birch & Pine”. They have been playing together for a decade and have received many accolades. Their performance has been described as “brilliance of sound, technical mastery, and stunning expressivity” – by ‘I Care If You Listen’, a media platform for living music creators.
